To install the driver, please visit the Prolific Support website (http://www.prolific.com.tw/US/ShowProduct.aspx?p_id=225&pcid=41) and download the "PL23XX_Prolific_DriverInstaller_v4200.zip" file. Decompress the file and run the "PL23XX-M_LogoDriver_Setup_4200_20231222" file to install the driver, following the instructions in the "PL2303 Windows Driver Manual v1.23.0" document.

The programming cable has a 3.5mm stereo earpiece (top pin) and a 2.5mm stereo microphone (bottom pin), allowing you to connect your radio to a Windows 7, 8, or 10 PC for programming purposes. The RLN4008 rib part is built-in, so no Radio Interface Box (RIB) is required.
